And will also hurt. So buckle in and empty your feelings before you read.

Breathe in—breathe out—-deeply.
The modern world is designed to make you weak.
Teenager now adays worship sex, being drunk and partying till they pass out.
Slowly - intellect becomes a luxury.
If you want to become a strong man and become the best version of yourself without BS advice.
Here's 6 lessons you should remember.
Lesson No. 1: Respect Your Parents
Sound common advice but you'll be surprised how so many young men are the reason why their parents are miserable.
Maybe because they had a rough childhood or their parents were straight up assholes.
Never the less a man needs to respect their parents.
Especially your Father.
If you do not respect your Father then it means you have grown a sheltered life.
A Father's job is to make sure you are tough and not easy to defeat.
That's why he is harsh and blunt.
He criticized strongly and rarely rewards your good deeds unless you deserve it.
There's a fine line between making you tough and abuse.
Your Mother wants to shelter you and keep you protected. While this is very good —you will not grow to be strong if you are always sheltered.
Also thank your Mother if she does this for you. That means she really loves you.
Your Father is the only man who will be happy if you surpass him in anyway.
Your Mother is the only one who can give you unconditional love without any requirements.
If you love your parents give them a visit or a call.
They brought you to life. You should do your best to give back no matter how painful the past was.

Lesson 2: Choose Your Friends Carefully.
"You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with"
Your social circle is one of the most important pillars of life.
I've said this many times again and again.
However I'll keep repeating it.
If you hang out with smokers soon you'll be the fifth.
If you hang out with millionaire's soon you'll be the sixth.
If you hang out with losers you'll soon be one.
If you hang out with winners soon you'll learn how to be one.
Influence is a big maker of belief. Because who you hangout with everyday reinforces whatever habits you are going to do.
Whether it may be bad or good.
Who you hang out with is crucial.
It's better to be friends with that one nerdy guy who's got massive ambition and creativity than to hang out with popular kids bullying other people.
What I want you to understand is simple.
Sooner or later you won't see each other again. So you do your best to maximize your time with someone that can help you grow.
It's not bad to be with the best people.
The clarity they bring and rich memories made are unmatched than hanging out with those who keep numbing themselves with video games and alcohol.
Because the lower someone's character quality the more trouble they bring. Whether it may be gossips or friend ship drama.
Read this letter next if you want to understand how some friends pretend to be friends so they can bully you.
Lesson 3: Nobody Gives A F*ck About You Except Your Friends and Family
Answer this question: If you were to die tomorrow — who will cry at your funeral?
People forget the dead quickly.
Nobody remembers the cringe things you did unless you're a well known celebrity.
The embarrassing memories that keeps repeating in your mind has been long forgotten by everyone.
It's your mind playing with you.
If you're a normal citizen with no fame —you don't need to care about whatever opinion someone might hold about you
Popularity is a curse. Everything you do, everything you say people will watch and criticize when the opportunity comes.
You only see people's true colors when you die.
You won't know who truly loves you until you are in your deathbed.
So thinking everyone cares about you —caring about what someone said online or a stranger in the street doesn't matter.
You're used to being nice to other people but not to yourself.
That's why you care so much.
Lesson 4: You Are Not Responsible For Everyone's Problems.
This is a controversial advice that will be hated by most people.
But before you become outrage or get angry —rust my wisdom and life experience.
When you help someone with nothing in return - the said person you helped will be thankful.
But he/she will expect more and more from you.
The reason why business partnership thrives is simple.
Both parties have something to give and gain from each other.
But what if only one party has something to gain while the other always losses?
The person who keeps losing will become resentful. While the other person who expects more will get upset if you give lower than usual - the balance will break.
Now when the person who gives stops giving —the person who expected to receive something becomes angry that he/she didn't receive anything.
Anything free in this world people treat like thrash.
If you give away your time and energy for free —people will treat you like you're disposable.
They will keep expecting more and more but will not help you when the time comes.
If you don't believe me.
Remember one of the moments where you keep helping someone nothing in return but when you needed helped —no one gave you a hand.
Lesson 5: No One's Responsible For Your Life.
If you are someone with wisdom and have higher order thinking skills — by now you should've realized not your parents or the government will make you rich.
Your job as man is to make sure you can stand in your own.
This will hurt you but that's the only thing that will save you from a miserable life.
The reason why so many people fail to become proper adults is simple.
They fail to have self-accountability.
When things go wrong they point fingers. When things go right they claim they did the work.
Nothing good comes from not knowing how to be accountable.
Never blame your parents. Never blame your siblings.
And look at what you can do better instead.
Lesson 6: Avoid Negative People.
This one is simple.
The more you listen to someone vent, and how much their life sucks — the more you will become miserable.
Hanging out with negative people is toxic.
Yes I said it.
You will not serve anything to yourself if you keep getting pestered by someone's negative energy
It's a simple truth that most people prefer to avoid.
But they don't realize it's the reason why they always feel bad and angry.
Your life essence is vital.
It's good to deal with difficult emotions because it makes you stronger. But having to deal with someone's negativity 24/7 is draining.
Cut off people who keep pestering you with negative influence. If you can't —then make your mind stronger.
Especially toxic friends.
There's no merit to hanging out with someone who makes your self-esteem worse.
Deal with loneliness. It's better to be alone than be in bad company.
That's all for today.
Thanks for reading.
