How to use self-image to your advantage

You have potential. But your mind is holding you back. Here's the reason why your mind doesn't work together with your goals.

Your mind bullying you is an advantage. It’s there to help you do better. It’s a friend that points out what’s wrong and makes it right.

But the problem is that most people don’t know how to use it. They let the bullying take over. They get depressed, sad and anxious. Caged with thoughts that aren’t true. “I’m stupid” “I’m an idiot” “I’m useless” the list goes on.

If you can understand the mind your potential becomes limitless.

Your internal dialogue decides whether you get success or failure. It’s the reality maker that’s designed to weave what you think is true. You are either the prisoner or the warden. You are either in control or being controlled. How you view yourself is the peak of identity.

The beliefs and identity you form is more important than the past and your future. Think that you’re an idiot and you will act like one. Think like you’re a genius and you will act one.

Getting smarter and getting better is possible. The results of action comes from the mind. There’s a reason why the brain is above than the heart.

It’s there to set what is logical and reasonable. To change your future and potential you must change your identity. Discard any limiting beliefs and force positive thinking.

You alone have the power to do this. No one can control your mind other than “you” the person in the mirror.

The reason you are worried, unconfident and anxious is because your current identity is incapable of being at peace, confident and calm. If you wish for change you must tke bold actions. Successful people are bold and ambitious.

Their identity is tied to a winners mentality. They see failure as stepping stones not as setbacks. The mind is vast and powerful. Stop worrying what’s going to happen. Start looking forward to opportunities that life has to offer.
